2025 College Counseling Information Exchange (CCIE) @ WKU
Welcome to CCIE hosted by Western Kentucky University! You must complete a membership application or renewal application prior to registration, otherwise you will need to register as a non-member.
Please also keep in mind that your KYACAC membership application or renewal and fee do not automatically register you for CCIE. You must also register and submit payment for CCIE.
Cost:
Member: $50 until August 30th ($60 after August 30th)
Non-member: $70 until August 30th ($80 after August 30th)
Note: Walk in registrations the day of will be charged at a higher fee so please make sure to register in advance. We will not be able to adjust registration fees for registrants whose membership status may change between the time of initial registration and CCIE.
All cancellations between August 20th and September 1st will incur a $10 processing fee. No cancellations will be refunded after September 1st.

Please also note if you registered to attend or attended a KYACAC event, but there are still unpaid fees from past events, your CCIE registration will not be processed until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
