While the conference rate for the hotel has expired, the Hampton Inn does still have rooms available. For more information on the hotel, please check here. The Holiday Inn Owensboro Riverfront is also next door to the Convention Center and has rooms available as well.

In light of our new partnership with StriveScan to bring their improved student barcode scanning technology to our College Fairs, all conference attendees will have a StriveScan barcode on their name badge. During the Interactive Demonstration, you will use the StriveScan app to scan counselors' barcodes. You'll have instant access to their contact information, can take notes, and export a list of all the counselors you connect with during the session. The counselors will also receive follow-up communication with your contact information - no need to exchange business cards!

StriveScan will reach out directly with instructions on setting up your account, so keep an eye out for their follow-up email. The StriveScan team can be reached at help@strivescan.com with any questions and a StriveScan representative will be available on-site throughout conference to support.

Thank you to all of those who submitted session proposals. The Sessions Committee is excited to give you a first look at our educational sessions for our upcoming conference.
